Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degree farenheit
Fold each sheet of wonton wrapper into the mini muffin tin and form small cups.
Bake wrappers for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, carrot, edamame, and cranberries
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Fill each cup with salad and top with a piece of smoked salmon or protein of your choice
Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds or green onions.
